Chat and Direct Message Automation

The message is the new phone call. Website chat, Instagram and Facebook messages and texts answered inside a minute, in your voice, qualified and booked, with a person a tap away, for businesses across metro Detroit and Michigan.

Talk to us

In short

Every message your Michigan business receives, on every channel, answered inside a minute in your voice, qualified in conversation and booked into your calendar, with a person one tap away.

  • Chat, Instagram, Facebook and text in one queue
  • A real reply inside a minute
  • Booked into the calendar you already run
  • A person on request, with the thread

Why a message is a lead with a shorter fuse

They messaged at 9:14. You saw it at 8 the next morning.

A customer who messages instead of calling is doing it because it is easy, and the same ease takes them to the next business when nobody answers.

The MIT study found the odds of qualifying a lead were twenty-one times higher when the reply came inside five minutes rather than thirty. The Harvard Business Review audit found the average business took 42 hours. A message answered the next morning is not late. It is answered after the decision.

We build the system that answers inside a minute, in your voice, on every channel a customer might use, asks the questions you would ask, and books the appointment into the calendar you already run. Anyone who wants a person gets one, with the conversation attached. The desk finds the bookings in the morning instead of the messages.

In the work

One queue, one voice, one calendar

Six pieces. The fourth is the one that keeps it honest.

  1. Every channel, one queue

Website chat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, text and the message form on your listing land in one place and get the same answers. The customer chooses the channel; you never notice which.

  2. Inside a minute, in your voice

A real answer, not an autoreply, written the way you would write it, while the customer still has their phone out. The first message decides whether there is a second.

  3. Qualified and booked

The questions you would ask, asked in conversation: what, when, where, for whom. Then the booking, straight into the calendar you already run, with a confirmation sent and a note left for you.

  4. A person, a tap away

Anyone who asks for a person gets one, and the conversation so far goes with them. Anything the rules mark as a person's, a complaint, a price negotiation, an emergency, goes there without being asked.

  5. Comments too

A public comment that is really an enquiry gets a reply and a direct message opened. The question asked under a post at 9 at night is a booking by 9:05.

  6. A report you can read

Messages by channel, time to first reply, conversations that became bookings, and the ones handed to a person. One page a month.

Getting there

Connect, write the voice, connect the calendar, run beside you, run

Accounts stay yours throughout. We are a partner on them, not the owner of them.
  1. 01

    Connect the channels

Your website, your Meta business account, your business text line, through their own partner integrations. Accounts stay yours; we are added as a partner, removable in a click.

  2. 02

Write the voice and the rules

How you sound, what it may answer, what it may book, what always goes to a person. Written down once.

  3. 03

Connect the calendar and the CRM

So a qualified conversation is a booking and a record, not a screenshot someone forwards.

  4. 04

    Run it beside you

Two weeks with a person reading every reply before it goes. What they change becomes a rule. Then it runs.

  5. 05

    Run it

Monitored, repaired when a platform changes its API, reported monthly. Meta changes things often; that is what the arrangement is for.

Fitted work

What comes up here, specifically

Built for how customers in metro Detroit and across Michigan actually message a business.
  1. The Instagram message after nine

For a salon, a studio or a restaurant in metro Detroit, the enquiries arrive when the customer is on the couch. Answered then, booked then, and the desk finds the confirmation in the morning.

  2. The Marketplace message

Trades and shops across Michigan sell and get found through Facebook Marketplace, and the messages are the same twenty questions. Answered from your listing and your calendar, with the serious ones handed to you.

  3. Arabic and Spanish

In Dearborn, Hamtramck and southwest Detroit the message arrives in the language the customer thinks in. The reply comes back in it, from the same rules, and the booking lands the same way.

  4. The message that becomes a showing

For a Michigan agent, the portal message and the Instagram enquiry are the same lead. Answered inside a minute, qualified on timeline, budget and area, and a showing booked with a summary sent to the agent.

Right time when

When this is worth doing

A good fit

  • Customers message you on Instagram and nobody sees it until Monday
  • The same questions arrive by chat all day
  • Messages become bookings only when someone remembers to follow up
  • You sell or get found through Facebook Marketplace

Not a fit

  • Nobody messages you, and the phone is the whole business
  • Every message is a negotiation you want to have yourself
  • You want it to pretend to be you, which it will not

Scope

What we do not build

Each of these is how a messaging bot becomes the reason a customer stops messaging.
  1. Pretend to be a person

It says it is an assistant when asked and wherever it matters, and a customer who wants a person gets one. Anything else damages the trust it was meant to build.

  2. Buy engagement

Nothing here follows, likes or messages anyone who did not message first. It answers people who came to you.

  3. Answer what it does not know

It answers from your documents, your calendar and your listing. A question outside them goes to a person, with the conversation attached, rather than being guessed at.

Reasonable to ask

Before you commission it

Which platforms does it cover?

Website chat, Instagram direct messages, Facebook Messenger and business texts, plus the message form on your Google listing. Others where a platform provides a business integration. We will say plainly if one does not.

Do we have to give you our logins?

No. We are added as a partner on accounts you own, which is how the platforms intend it, and you can remove us in a click. Nothing runs through an account we control.

Will it sound like us?

The voice is written with you, from your own messages, and every reply for the first two weeks is read by a person before it goes. By the time it runs on its own, it has been corrected into sounding like you.

What if someone is upset?

A complaint, a refund, a legal word or simply a tone the rules flag goes to a person immediately, with the whole conversation. The system does not try to calm anyone down.

Does it book appointments?

Yes, into the calendar you already run, with the right duration and staff member, and a confirmation sent. A conversation that ends in a booking is the point of it.

Show us last week's messages.

Screenshots are fine. We will tell you which would have been answered, which would have been booked, which would have gone to you, and how many hours earlier each of them would have happened.
